I have a cast from a recent accident. Will this effect which rides I can board?

Guests with casts or limb braces will be restricted from riding certain rides where the cast or brace may present a hazard to the guest or others. Guests with hard casts are not allowed on Kumba, Montu, or SheiKra. Please consult with a Guest Services representative for more information or if in doubt about your ability to safely experience a ride.

What happens if it rains?

Busch Gardens remains open during inclement weather, although some of the park's outdoor shows, rides and attractions may be temporarily affected. If your day is impacted by weather, visit Guest Relations before you leave to receive a ticket for a return visit. Please be advised that Weather-or-Not Assurance policy enactment is at the discretion of Guest Services. The following are not eligible for Weather-or-Not Assurance tickets: Pass Member admission; complimentary tickets (including Weather-or-Not Assurance tickets); 14-Day Length of Stay tickets; Promotional/discount tickets (group sales tickets) and promotional multi-day tickets.
